How We Use Cookies

We use cookies to help our website work well and to understand how it is used. This page explains what cookies are, which ones we use, and how you can manage your preferences.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and to provide information to the website owner.

Cookies cannot run programmes or install software on your device. They simply store small amounts of information — for example, whether you have accepted our cookie notice, or your language preference.

Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies). Others remain on your device for a set period (persistent cookies) or until you delete them.

2. Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies Always Active

These cookies are necessary for the website to function. They enable core features such as security, navigation, and session management. You cannot opt out of these cookies.

Duration: Session (deleted when browser closes)

Examples: Cookie consent storage, security tokens, session state

Analytics Cookies Optional

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website. The information is aggregated and anonymous — it tells us which pages are visited most often and where visitors come from.

Duration: Up to 24 months

Examples: Page views, session duration, traffic source (via Google Analytics)

Marketing Cookies Optional

These cookies are used to show you relevant content and measure the effectiveness of any marketing activity. They may be set by us or by third-party advertising partners.

Duration: Up to 90 days

Examples: Conversion tracking, ad reach measurement (Facebook Pixel, Google Ads)

Preference Cookies Optional

These cookies remember choices you make to give you a more personalised experience. They help the site remember settings such as your language or region.

Duration: Up to 12 months

Examples: Language preference, display settings

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are placed by third-party services that appear on our pages. We do not control these cookies. Third-party services we may use include:

Google Analytics

Website traffic analysis

Meta (Facebook)

Conversion tracking

Microsoft (Bing)

Advertising measurement

Each of these services has its own privacy and cookie policy. We encourage you to review them if you would like more detail.

4. Cookie Duration

Session Cookies

These exist only for the duration of your browsing session. They are deleted automatically when you close your browser. They enable basic navigation and security functions.

Persistent Cookies

These remain on your device for a set period — between 90 days and 24 months depending on their purpose — or until you delete them. They are used for analytics, marketing measurement, and preference storage.
